How do I place an order?

Ordering at Namah Creations is easy. Placing your first order at Namah Creations? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information. If you need any assistance, please give us a call.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if the order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from us. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.

Do you take orders over the phone?

We only do bulk orders over the phone.

Do you do COD?

Yes, we do COD depending on your area code.

How do I check the status of my order?

The order status is updated through text message and mail. You can track every step of the order through the link of the courier service which is mentioned on the website under "My Account"

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to customercare@namahcreations.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will he/she receive an invoice?

Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately No. However you can simply place another order.
